Return Policy

Any return or exchange of our DVD and Videotape products must be approved prior to return.

A Return Authorization Number will be issued along with instructions on how to package and return the items. Please call 505-510-1752.

We guarantee all video products to be in viewable condition when shipped. If an item arrives damaged or in unplayable condition we will send a replacement copy of the SAME product only.

Given the nature of our products we DO NOTroutinely permit exchange of one video title for a DIFFERENT title. This will be decided on a case by case basis but please be careful to order the correct video. Any questions prior to ordering can be directed to Ozone8Hi@Outlook.com or 505-510-1752.

If the item was damaged during shipping a request may be made to verify condition before replacement.
